How to avail internet services?
Send us an email or text messages about the plan you choose and your location or you can directly apply in person to explain properly the details you need.

Is there any charges or fees when availing internet service?
A Php500 installation fee will be charge when availing internet services, to cover for materials and labor cost when installing fiber.

Do I need to pay for the router?
No. we will lend you the router to be used. The router must be surrendered after termination of subscription or disconnection of service.

How about payment and billing?
Billing is made every 15th day of the month, the due date is every 1st day of the next month, you will receive email and text message when your billing statement is available. You will receive text message and email for payment reminder before and after the due date, failure to settle your payments may results to service disconnection. Payment can be made thru online or by the counter.
