How to avail internet services?
Send us an email or text messages about the plan you choose and your location or you can directly apply in person to explain properly the details you need.

Is there any charges or fees when availing internet service?
A Php500 installation fee will be charge when availing internet services to cover for materials and labor when installing fiber. No installation fee if you are in Roblas Apartment.

Do I need to pay for the router?
No. we will lend you the router to be used. The router must be surrendered after termination of subscription or disconnection of service.

What is the difference between prepaid and postpaid plan?
In PREPAID PLAN you have to pay in advance to use the services, expire in 30 days and can be renewed to extend the services. Disconnect automatically when it expires. In POSTPAID PLAN you are billed monthly, due date is every 1st day of the next month and will be disconnected automatically after 4 days from the due if no payment is received..

We offer our services to boarders/residence of Zone 7 San Francisco for now. Boarders can only avail the prepaid plan.
